By accessing or using Tipspace’s website, applications, software clients, or other services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (these “Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific features. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1.1 Acceptance. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Tipspace. Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1.2 Age & Location. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services and be physically located in a jurisdiction where Tipspace’s skill-based challenges are permitted. Tipspace operates and offers its skill-based, against-the-house challenges only in the United States jurisdictions listed in Section 12 (Permissible Jurisdictions). Accessing or using the Services from outside the permitted jurisdictions is prohibited and may violate local law.
1.3 One Account. You may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts, account sharing, or unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination.
2.1 Skill-Based Challenges. Tipspace offers contests and challenges that are skill-based and operator-funded (“Challenges”). Challenges are structured so outcomes depend predominantly on player skill and not on chance.
2.2 Against-the-House / Prize Funding. Tipspace pays fixed, pre-announced prizes for successful completion of Challenges. Tipspace does not operate as a bookmaking or traditional wagering exchange; entry fees are not pooled and redistributed among players as winnings. Tipspace acts as the operator that funds or guarantees prizes (subject to available funds and compliance with these Terms).
2.3 No Odds / Not Betting. The Services do not provide “odds” or function as sports betting. All Challenges are offered and adjudicated under a skill-based model consistent with the Legal Opinion governing Tipspace operations.
3.1 Registration Data. To register you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You authorize Tipspace to use this information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
3.2 KYC & Eligibility Checks. Tipspace may require identity verification (KYC), proof of age, geolocation verification, and other information to confirm eligibility and comply with applicable laws. You must cooperate with verification requests.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.4 Single Account Policy. Only one account per person is permitted. Discovery of multiple accounts or account sharing may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent banning.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to:
Tipspace may suspend or terminate accounts, freeze funds, reverse transactions, or take legal action where prohibited conduct is suspected.
5.1 Entry Fees. Entry fees for Challenges will be disclosed before you enter a Challenge. Tipspace may limit entry fees by user and enforce caps. Typical entry fee caps: up to $20 per Challenge for general users and up to $50 for specially verified users.
5.2 Prize Structure. Prizes for successful completion (or winning, when applicable) will be clearly stated before the Challenge begins. Prizes are paid by Tipspace and are not dependent on number of entrants. Tipspace reserves the right to cancel or modify Challenges in accordance with these Terms.
5.3 Adjudication & Finality. Tipspace will determine Challenge outcomes and winners in its sole discretion based on available telemetry, publisher metadata, video evidence, and our rules. All adjudications are final, except as otherwise provided herein.
6.1 Game Requirements. Tipspace may impose game-specific eligibility requirements (account levels, play history, streaming/VOD retention, or other criteria). These may reflect the conditions previously applied in Brazil; Tipspace will make applicable requirements available in the Challenge description. You agree to comply with all game-specific requirements.
6.2 Game Titles. Tipspace supports specific game titles selected by Tipspace. If a title requires specific play-levels or qualifications (as set forth in the Services), you must meet them to enter relevant Challenges. Tipspace currently does not support Call of Duty or Fortnite; rules applicable in Brazil for our supported titles will be applied as adapted for U.S. operation.
6.3 VOD Requirement & Evidence. Where required by a Challenge, participants must preserve gameplay recordings or VODs for the period specified in the Challenge rules and provide such evidence upon request.
6.4 Errors, Remakes & Cancellations. If a match is invalidated due to technical error, venue issues, or rule violation, Tipspace may cancel the Challenge and refund entry fees or otherwise remediate as described in the Challenge terms.
7.1 Deposits & Wallets. You may deposit funds into your Tipspace account where available. Tipspace may maintain user funds in segregated accounts.
7.2 Deposit / Withdrawal Limits. Tipspace may impose limits on deposits and withdrawals for compliance and risk reasons.
7.3 Withdrawal Methods & Name Matching. Withdrawals must be paid to a payment method in the same name as the Tipspace account holder. Tipspace may require verification documents and may delay or block withdrawals if the name does not match or if further KYC is necessary.
7.4 KYC for Withdrawals. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification requests (photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method). Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of funds or account restrictions.
7.5 Processing Times & Fees. Withdrawal processing times and fees depend on chosen method and third-party processors. You are responsible for any fees charged by banks or payment providers.
8.1 Monitoring. Tipspace monitors activity for fraud, collusion, cheating, or policy abuse using telemetry, KYC checks, anti-fraud analytics, and other measures.
8.2 Remedies. If Tipspace suspects fraud or other violations, Tipspace may: suspend accounts, freeze funds, cancel Challenges, reverse prizes or entries, require additional documentation, and refer matters to law enforcement.
8.3 Forfeiture. In confirmed cases of fraud or collusion, Tipspace may forfeit balances and any pending payouts and pursue recovery.
9.1 Bonuses. Tipspace may offer bonuses, credits, or promotions subject to separate terms. Bonus funds may carry wagering or rollover requirements and restrictions on withdrawal. Terms for each promotion apply.
9.2 No Transfer. Transfers of credits or balances between user accounts are prohibited.
10.1 User Content. “User Content” means any content you post (text, images, video, stats, streams, chat messages). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting you grant Tipspace a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such content for operating and promoting the Services.
10.2 Standards & Removal. User Content must comply with our content rules. Tipspace may remove or refuse to post content that violates these Terms.
Tipspace operates only where permitted. The Services are offered only to persons physically located in the following U.S. jurisdictions (“Permissible Jurisdictions”):
Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
If you are not physically located in one of these jurisdictions, you are not eligible to use the Services. Tipspace uses geolocation, KYC, and other checks to enforce these restrictions. Accessing or using the Services from a non-permitted jurisdiction is at your own risk and may violate local law.
Tipspace’s Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Services you consent to the collection and use described in that policy.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. tipspace disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tipspace and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. tipspace’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by you to tipspace in the prior twelve (12) months, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tipspace, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your User Content.
Tipspace may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including suspected violations, fraud, or legal requirements. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations. Tipspace may retain and use information as necessary to comply with legal obligations and for fraud prevention.
18.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Prizes are fixed and not determined by chance, variability, or aggregated entry fees. Challenges do not constitute gambling, betting, or bookmaking under applicable state laws.
18.2 Arbitration Agreement. Except where prohibited by law, you and Tipspace agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration will be Wilmington, Delaware, and the language of the proceedings will be English. The arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court of competent jurisdiction could award. By agreeing to arbitration, you and Tipspace waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or any form of representative or collective proceeding.
18.3 Small Claims & Injunctive Relief. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court within Delaware or seek provisional or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, pending the outcome of arbitration.
Any claim you bring against Tipspace must be brought within one (1) year from the date the claim accrued, or it is waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Tipspace may modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
