Tipspace is based in the United States and provides the Services only to persons located in jurisdictions where our Services are permitted. Tipspace offers its skill-based challenges in the following U.S. jurisdiction:

Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

If you are located outside these jurisdictions, you may not be eligible to register for or participate in Tipspace challenges. We use geolocation and KYC checks to determine your eligibility and to prevent access where prohibited. Accessing or using the Services from outside the permitted jurisdictions is at your own risk and may violate local laws.

International Transfers

If you are located in the United States, your information will be processed and stored in the United States. If we transfer Personal Information internationally (for example, to service providers), we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection (contractual safeguards, equivalent protections, or other lawful transfer mechanisms).
